"The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh."

"Property was in impeccable shape. I build a lot of hotels, they did a great job on that one. Nice staff and food was a lot better than expected. Hotel and resort food usually lets us down. Not this trip! Great wine list at Auld Alliance. Bryant, 100 Acre, SE and Sassicaia to name a few. Lunch out at the pool was excellent. We will be back. We love places that have the food and the wine! And we live 2 hours away."

"Excellent staff. Beds were comfy. New paint. Nice big TV big fridge, microwave! A little musty smell but disappeared with ac use. Great value. Left bracelet in room. Was returned before we left property"

"Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing."

"Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. It being so late we decided to tough it out since we were only going to be there 7 hours. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AGAIN. I...

"The staff that we met were the only plus to this stay. We booked online unfortunately. Hindsight. We should have just left and gone somewhere else even without a refund. The property is not clean and smells bad. Does not appear to be maintained. Again - the staff were nice, polite, and professional. But would not recommend staying here at all."

"Everything was wonderful. Spacious, unique place to stay in Dalton. The Loom Room had all the amenities needed. Check-in was easy with clear instructions on accessing the room and where to park. Steps away and located in the building are shops and restaurants that you can visit. Loved it and hope to stay here again! My teenage daughter also loved it- said it was her favorite place she’s ever stayed!"
