"the property was great. Our reservation was canceled and we were still charged. We had to pay for a room when we arrived. I was put on hold waiting for an operator from expedia. After an hour I hung up. I hope expedia corrects this."

"This is great place no matter your dog size I saw everything and everyone was respectful to give each other space. It’s tricky off the road to see exactly where the driveway is and if you are hauling anything as I had a 5x8 u haul, you have to park at the Cracker Barrel. So I would suggest if you are hauling anything drop off your luggage upon check in because then you park “next door” at the Cracker Barrel you have to be very careful climbing the hill back to the hotel there is not a convenient...

"This is a relatively new property, but the room had several issues: the counter on the desk/table was stained and bubbled, the curtain was not hanging properly, the toilet made a high pitched whistling noise when the tank was filling, and the shower had stains or mold along the grout. We stayed here about three months ago and were very impressed. Hoping it was just this room. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Check out - there was no staff manning the desk.
