"The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. We booked this trip very last minute to attend one of the World Cup games. I’m incredibly grateful the staff suggested we take the Boston express bus option as transport to the game. Many other options were suggested to me, but figuring out the best one was overwhelming since I’m not from the area and had a short window to research options. "Staying after World Cup, it was 500 dollars a night. No problem. The air was blowing hot air, it was miserable. Reported the problem was told no one was available to work on it…. I said I won’t be able to sleep. I’m sorry I will add points. After I couldn’t take it anymore I said I need my money back it won’t give me another room. This is 1030 pm fyi. Finally get in new room.
