"Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. Thank you. I hope it was helpful. Ps. You have my name and address. don't hesitate to give and send me refund. Ha ha. Janusz Dziuba.

Die Aussicht über das Tal ist spektakulär. Große Zimmer mit allen, was man braucht. Küche im Restaurant auch sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einer herrlichen Aussicht ins Tal und absoluter Ruhe. Herrlich! Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch könnte die Tischeindeckung einladender sein. Hotel empfehlenswert!

V hotelu jsme byli v nejteplejších dnech, proto byl obrovský problém, že hotel nemá klimu v pokojích! Pokoj jsme dostali pod střechou, kde byly jen dvě malé střešní okna. V pokoji proto bylo 30 stupňů, což bylo opravdu za trest. Navíc jsme se nedostali ani do wellness či bazenu, který se prý musí objednávat dopředu. Jinak byl hotel pěkný moderní, čistý. Snídaně by měly být pravidelně doplňovány, protože jsme přišli hodinu před koncem snídaní k prázdným ošatkám a talířům, po upozornění bylo doplněno, ale nepůsobí to dobře. Ale celkový dojem z hotelu byl fajn

Det var en stor skuffelse at opdage at der ikke var elevator i vores afdeling. Men det var der i den nye bygning. Min kone er dårlig gående så trapper er ikke lige hende, og ingen hjælp fra receptionen.

Hezký moderní hotel s úchvatným výletem. Sice bylo pár nedorozumění na recepci, ale vše vyřešili a nabídli kompenzaci. Tak jak to má být. Nakonec js byl velice spokojený a pobyt zde mohu vřele doporučit.

To nie jest hotel a koszmar , pokój sprzątany był tylko raz w ciągu 4 dni , a na zwrócona uwagę zareagowano doniesieniem 2 ręczników zamiast 4 . Nieprzyjemna obsługa . Ostatniego dnia zamiast śniadania poinformowano nas ze w recepcji mamy odebrać zapakowane bułki , szok po prostu dno . Nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę i będę domagać sie zwrotu części kosztów za pobyt , załączam zdjęcie śniadania w hotelu rajska zahrada

Celkem dobrý dojem.

V recepci dvě ženy: První méně vychovaná, při odjezdu příjemná. Hotel pěkný, pokoj taky, jen trochu moc rudé barvy. Pozitiva. Restaurace výborná, ochotný personál. Krásný výhled a okolí. Nagativa: Z hotelu do restaurace musíte přes dvůr, když neprší nebo nesněží, je to celkem OK, jinak je to trochu nepohodlné a neobvyklé.
