"Don’t ever go to this hotel !!!! PERIOD . Everything is broken in this hotel’s room , from door to lights to cupboards to beds to toilet seats to door locking mechanism abd what not. We just booked to stay for 4 hours to catchup on our sleep after a long journey before proceeding into our next flight . This hotel is in a very shoddy area with vehicle noise penetration into the rooms. The windows would not lock thus had to spend the 4 hours awake due to road noises . Another reason was that the front door lock was loose thus making us scared of robbery or theft. Felt super unsafe st this hotel. Instead of checking out at 3.30 AM we left the hotel at 2.45 AM … just couldn’t sleep. They want to charge you 600 INR for Airport drop off whereas UBER charged us 248 INR Just DON’T EVEN think of this hotel !!!!! "

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the overall experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the flooring was broken and uneven, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even walk around. There was a constant bad smell in the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly, which is simply unacceptable, especially when staying in a hotel where basic comfort is expected. Despite paying for the stay, there was no sense of value or comfort at all. Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money."

"Comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Location is very far from the airport but the name on Expedia says that this is an airport hotel and they provide airport shuttle. They don’t have airport shuttle and nobody picks up the phone when I called the hotel number."

"I was very unhappy with the check out process before I could settle the bill they had come to the room and started cleaning!! I had all my important documents in the safe did not even give me time to take it out!! Till today I have not got a phone call from the manager!! "

"Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, no t comfortable at all. This is not a 3 star hotel, this property should not be in expedia listing. Its on highway lot of heavy traffic sound, horns, of big vehicles, hard to sleep. Breakfast is bought from next door street food. No hygiene, no basic amenities like hair dryer. Looks like owner knows only to suck money, not interested in guest satisfaction. Expedia please knock these dirty, non hygiene hotels. "
