Great service

Luxury in gili air

Thank you Kokomo! This is truly a special place. When you are there you know it's something special and unique but when you leave and stay elsewhere you realise just how amazing it really was and nothing on our trip came anywhere near! The villas are immaculate and beautiful and designed thinking of everything! The staff make your stay with their smiles, service and friendliness and the food and service is just stunning! Every meal presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. Book the pool villa...

From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! The rest of the 4 days were amazing, from trekking to waterfalls, to swimming with turtles and even feeding the Angel fish over on the Gili Islands were experiences we'll treasure forever. The team at Lombok are incredible, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are all super friendly and there if you...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, lovely pool. What made it so special was the staff who went above and beyond, every was personalised for you!

Superb

Lovely hotel and staff

10/10 - we loved our 6 night stay. Everything was perfect!

Pink Coco offers a high standard of accommodation with lovely well equipped rooms leading past the bar down to the beach. We stayed as a party of four so that we could attend my son's wedding. The staff took care of every aspect of our stay in a really professional way. Service was always delightful. Staff remember your names and are so friendly and helpful that you miss them when you leave. The standard of English spoken was really good, so there were no mix ups with orders or instructions. Amazing staff and facilities, bbq on the beach was fantastu

Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return.

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. They're pleasant, energetic and very well-versed with the island's history and background. Willing to speak and very patient with all our conversation and queries. :) Scooter c/w...

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom. The views are beautiful and the grounds beautifully maintained- the whole place looks very pretty, especially at night. Food delicious and...

Fantastic Hotel with 37 rooms spread throughout extensive, well kept gardens. Hotel is full of character buildings, curios and statues, harking back to an ancient Indonesia. Food was great. Staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone knew our names and our preferences - a truly lovely personal service. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the grounds and the beach. Loved the close proximity to nature - butterflies, birds...

Staff were incredible, nice and quiet location off the main strip. Ideally suited for couples. Rooms were excellent. Free use of bicycles were of great use. Pool and bar were quiet. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. Joh and Daniel on the front desk were outstanding and looked after our every need! Would highly recommend/re-visit!
