"We have stayed here at least 1/2 dozen times before. This time was absolutely terrible. Loud construction going on at the adult pool which lasted ALL day which were never made aware of prior to booking. Staff couldn’t be bothered at times and gave the worst overall service we have ever had in Waikiki. The bar staff at the Edge bar was actually downright rude at times. We were really disappointed this time and won’t be staying there again. There are better places to go spend your money. "

"The front desk was short and not very helpful and the parking is a nightmare you should be able to reserve your parking when you reserve your room so you know if you have parking or not probably won’t come back again."
