"Had an issue with the AC not working but they were quick to resolve the issue. Great location, affordable pricing. There are a couple resteraunts on the premises which was nice. The only downside was no parking, only valet parking at 65 per day and not being able to bring your own alcohol near the pool. Also, when I booked it said ocean view which was actually a partial ocean view. The unit didnt actually face the ocean. Other than that, friendly staff and great location"

"Fantastic room with a super spacious bathroom. Our favorite part of the room was the window! Staff was helpful looking for activities and asking questions about the island. The infinity pool and hot tub were both phenomenal, we used them a few different nights. We didn’t order any room service, not sure if they do have it, but I know they only have the single small cafe in the lobby as far as food choices. I would recommend it to someone looking for the Honolulu resort experience!"

"This place is located right on the right location, their Staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and kept well organized. The pool Staff were very attentive, kept an eye around the pools to keep all of us saved. They were super friendly, one day I stayed away from the pool and the Staff remembered me when I showed up two days later, they were so happy to see me, I felt so special, thank you Staff. I also want to thank Mark, at front desk, he made me smile, he probably read my nervousness (if there is such a word) since I was vacationing by myself. Recommended, for sure 💯 % Definitely will visit again, thank you"

"Great village with everything at your finger tips from beach, excursions, restaurants and shopping. No rental car needed. We walked everywhere or took an uber. They also have $38 taxi flat rate from hotel to airport."

"I have been to many hotels around the world but the friendliness & kindness from all the hotel staff from upon arrival was fantastic at all hours. Proximity of the hotel to the beach is alao excellent & super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel which is also such great value for price. Just maybe don't select the city view side because a bit noisy & the included breakfast is repetive & limited but you have the basics."

"We loved our stay at Wayfinder! If you’re familiar with the Ace hotel I’d say it’s the Oahu equivalent. The design is impeccable, staff is so friendly, and the stay was comfortable. It was nice to also be a little off of the main busy street of Waikiki. Walking to shops and restaurants is really convenient as well. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!"
