My husband, kids, and I stayed at Hampton Inn Conyers, while my cousin and her kids stayed in another room. Overall, we had a good experience, especially because of the wonderful staff. My cousin uses a wheelchair, and when we checked in, we realized her wheelchair could not fit properly into the standard bathroom because of the way the door swings. She is usually able to manage standard rooms at many hotels. The front desk staff were awesome and quickly moved her to a wheelchair-accessible room at no extra charge. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. Unfortunately, the accessible shower had no door, and whenever they showered, water ran all over the bathroom floor, basically flooding it. This could definitely use some attention, especially since a wet floor can be a concern for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom in our room could also use some updating, but everything else was clean and decent. We loved the breakfast! The breakfast attendant was friendly and welcoming and even helped my cousin make waffles because she couldn’t reach the waffle maker from her wheelchair. I especially enjoyed the omelette on a bagel with cream cheese. Having coffee available 24 hours was also a big plus. Overall, the helpful staff, cleanliness, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable. With a few bathroom improvements, it would be even better."

"I had to get a last minute hotel stay. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to an event I was attending in the area. The staff were amazing, both night and morning shifts. There was renovation to the first floor, so any amenities, such as pool and public restrooms were unavailable. There was no notification to that effect at the time of booking or in any confirmation emails. There was signage at the front desk. Unfortunately, I was unable to get breakfast as I had to leave before they started serving. They did have a coffee station set up. They require a $50 incidental deposit at check-in. This hold was removed by the next morning right after check out. This hotel is situated near the Southlake Mall, AMC movie theater and many restaurants and stores. I would definitely return."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, parking was great. It was me, hubby, and our dachshund in one room. My 88 year old mother was in the room next door. We have always picked this hotel when visiting Covington. We have never had any problems."
