Great for families that need 3 beds

Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to. This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. Several people walked away from the bar...

Poor soundproofing ,we could hear noise from adjacent rooms

We have beem visiting this hotel since 2001. Love it. Everyone so friendly inside and outside of hotel. For us we would love if windows could open a bit, because we like natural air, rather than heating or aircon, especially cool evenings, but we understand safety issues, as high up. Would recommend 100%!

Great property, clean, close to the Disney gates and lovely breakfast.....Mickey waffles were a highlight!

Clean, friendly and great shuttle service

Very clean and calm property. Breakfast options are limited. The shuttle service to disney parks come right to the patio of the hotel.

We only stayed 2 nights. The staff were amazing and helpful, special shout out to Avi and all the ladies and gents on reception. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful as fusion. No request was a hassle. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. We were put up high on the top floor, so it was lovely and quiet. Location is great for Busch gardens trip and Universal parks. Thank you 😊
