"The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast."

So cheap is not always good or nice but especially safe. I had asked for a kitchen but I didn't get a stove just counter top and cabinet space. I don't think this place should show up on filters where we request a kitchen or kitchennet or full kitchen. The carpets need an up date or very DEEP clean. It smelled like weed and...

"This hotel is just not what is advertised on the pictures. The walls were all dirty and doors broken overall if you travel alone maybe will be OK but definitely not with family."

"Check in process was easy and I liked the private access to the hotel. The pool was amazing but I didn’t like that I had to make my way back to the front desk every morning to get new pool bracelets. I also didn’t like that I was automatically charged $50 for incidentals when I hadn’t had a chance to inspect the room yet. I hope I get that back! "The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff."
