"The hotel is convenient to the freeway. The property is clean and in good working order. The offered breakfast had a nice selection and good coffee. The room was well appointed but lacked a coffee pot. It did have a nice little fridge, microwave, a good-sized TV as well as a decent blow dryer. The beds were comfortable with good bedding. The bathroom offered shampoo/conditioner, and body wash pumps in the shower/tub combo. As we were extended stay, housekeeping ignored our room. We did not hang...

I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again.""
