"We stayed during the "off season" and it sometimes felt like we didn't get the same kind of attention as we might have had it been the "high season." For example, they advertise a happy hour where they serve appetizers from 5-7 p.m. We went for happy hour our first night and were told it's from 4-5 p.m., so we missed it. It would have been nice to know that when we checked in. Little things like that kind of bothered me, but my expectations may just have been too high. The hotel was clean, breakfast was filling, typical buffet-style food, but was not free. Room and bed were comfortable, blackout shade was nice. We didn't use the gym, pool or hot tub so can't comment on those. I would stay here again; its proximity to everything we wanted to do couldn't be beat. City shuttle stop was right out front."

"Our room was clean and quiet. Excellent walkable location. The rooms are rather small and tight but pretty comfy. Kind of strange configuration of doors banging together in bathroom/closet. Storage drawers are all at feet level which isn’t ideal. We would stay here again, but it just isn’t like your typical hotel room."
