The suites are great! Location can’t be better, there is a lot of atractions at walkin distace! A bery goid diversity of bars and restaurants in the area! Staff was really nice! Definitely staying there again

My husband and I stayed in the Marino Suite, and we couldn't have been happier. Our flight arrived at 5:30 AM, and I already knew we wouldn't be able to drop off our bags until 9:00 AM. The property is very clear about this—it was mentioned twice in the booking email, and they confirmed it again when I emailed them directly. We arrived at 8:30 AM just to relax at the nearby coffee shop and find a restroom. While there, we met Elena, a staff member who went above and beyond. Even though we were early, she was happy to store our bags in the employee area for us. We were thrilled! She even suggested we check back at noon to see if the room was ready early. Being able to drop our luggage and rest a bit after such an early flight was a lifesaver. The Room & Location • The Suite: The Marino Suite was great, and the bathroom was excellent. • The Atmosphere: Regarding the noise—you are in the heart of downtown on a pedestrian-only "party street." You should expect some sound, but honestly, we didn't find it that loud. • The Convenience: You don't need a car here; you are literally in the best spot in town. Elena and Liz were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elena!

I originally reserved 2 nights and added an additional night because their service is superb. The room is very clean! Staff is top notch! Elena is a wonderful person always willing to help! The female security guard is very attentive! The staff remembers you as their guest. The only con was that it was a bit noisy for a few nights until about 1-2am.

We so enjoyed our stay at Azulenco. It was a beautiful clean, stylish, modern room in a perfect location to walk to many nearby sites and see much of beautiful Oaxaca. Liz, Elena, and front security staff took very good care of us and we were sad to leave. Comfy bed and welcome aircon. Mostly very quiet especially at night as rooms are set back from the street, however some noise from the open building design (maybe just Celeste room?) and a very loud party one evening possibly from nearby wedding celebration. We recommend staying here.

La habitación algo pequeña pero todo el interior muy nuevo e impecable, algo digno que destacar y que compensa totalmente cualquier detalle fue el servicio recibido por la Sra Elenita y su hija Liz , personas con un don de servicio increíble, muy amables en su trato y cualquier cosa que no esté en la habitación y se necesite ellas lo proveen, como el caso de la secadora de cabello y una mucura que llegamos a necesitar entre otras cosas, también me gustó que hubiera un lugar en común para las habitaciones donde estaban dispensador de agua, cafetera de cápsulas y una canasta con chocolates regionales, los mensajes de bienvenida cuando llegas al cuarto, son un bonito detalle y muy adecuadas las recomendaciones de lugares en donde cenar, comer o desayunar (también comida callejera 😊👍✌) Mil gracias Sra Elenita e hijas por hacernos sentir como en casa !!

Súper ubicación, la habitación hermosa muy cómoda y silenciosa. La atención de Liz y Elena muy accesible y cálida. Cosas que hubiera querido saber antes de llegar: no hay estacionamiento y hay que subir escaleras!

Me pareció que las fotos y descripción no explicaban varias cosas que sucedieron en la estancia. Lo primero que voy a mencionar, es que todo lo relacionado con el staff fue súper bueno, todas súper amables y con muy buena actitud a y servicio. El tema fue con las condiciones del cuarto, en primero lugar la única ventana de las habitación, daba a un hueco que tiene el edificio, prácticamente no había luz natural y el segundo lo unto y peor es que todas las paredes son de tabla roca y hay un hoyo que simula una ventana en el baño pero que hace que todo lo que sucedía afuera y en los demás cuartos, se escuchara, fue muy difícil dormir, me despertaba con los lloridos de una bebé desde muy temprano y la aislación de sonido era tan terrible, que se escuchaba perfecto, las conversaciones que tenían a los demás en sus cuartos, no tuvimos nada de privacidad en toda la estancia

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Azulenco I truly loved everything about my stay at Azulenco. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming—every single person made me feel comfortable and cared for. Even the security staff was outstanding: professional, friendly, and made me feel very safe at all times. The hotel itself is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and it shows in every detail. My room was well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Oaxaca. The location is perfect—convenient, walkable, and close to everything, yet still quiet and calm. I felt safe the entire time, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Azulenco exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing people and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca.

We had a great stay at Azulenco. The facilities are new, and the staff is very friendly and quick to respond. We had a small issue with the shower one morning, and it was resolved promptly. Although there is no physical front desk, they provide fast and attentive service via messaging.
