"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."

"Excellent breakfast options, service and the views from the hotel was extremely beautiful. They helped us store our super heavy luggages as we arrived earlier to our check in time. And they also helped us call a taxi at a reasonable price when we checked out. Absolutely enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend this hotel. The Swiss countryside experience around the hotel is an added plus. Say hello to the sheep across the hotel."

"Charming hotel, but it is old so expect creaky wooden floors and loud doors. It's quite the hike from the train so if you have luggage definitely call for the shuttle. Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner there 2 nights and the food, while expensive (but everything is in Switzerland, was superb. Staff was very helpful and kind."

"Convenience to the train station was paramount. Made our sight seeing easy and painless. Room view was very nice. Bed comfortable, but pillows were no great, bed cover was either too hot or cold and didn't stay on the bed well."

"We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel and changed for our last couple of days here. The contrast couldnt have been more obvious. The Bellevue excellent in every way as a four star hotel. Location by the river with a lovely terrace at the back; especially the staff; and the great rooms with balconies. Big thanks especially to Jurg and Jenny who were always so helpful. highly recommended for a few days in interlaken."
