"We stay here every year for the DC Bike Ride. This year our room faced Maine avenue. We were on the 6th floor, and, though no fault of Hyatt's, the level of street noise throughout the night was pretty much unbearable. From people seated outdoors, vehicles gunning their engines, and extremely loud music, sleep was challenging. They need to offer earplugs and white noise machines as other hotels do in noisy areas."

"I have no issues whatsoever with this Hyatt. I had a late check-in and the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The young lady at the desk explained their policies and procedures perfectly and politely. The room was clean and inviting. I used the gym and the gym was clean; the equipment is new. Oh and I had the complimentary breakfast.. and it was amazing! My entire stay was honestly a 10/10."

"When I walked into the lobby, it was a fresh clean sent that made me feel like I was at home. The attendant he was a very nice young man and he gave me an option while I want it upper or lower floor. I really did appreciate that he given me a choice. Also, when I checked in, they gave me a little snack bag which I thought that was very nice . The room was very clean and it had a very nice scent. I really enjoyed staying there although it was one night. I would definitely stay there again."
