"My room smaller like cigarette smoke, although I booked a non smoking. I let the staff at the front desk know. They went upstairs to verify. After they confirmed that it smelled like cigarettes, they upgraded our room."

"Staff is great and kind. The breakfast here is a must try at least once. Even if you didn’t book breakfast with your booking. You can pay whenever you want to try it. Close to a train station. Quiet and calm neighborhood with near by local restaurants. Easy travel to Tokyo Disney and very family friendly environment."

"I can't really say that the hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 as you have to walk through the garden shopping area to get to the hotel. It's a quite walk I should say. Didn't use Onsen, Gym, or any of the restaurant so no comment on those. There are 2 Lawson right outside of the hotel."

"It was a very nice, staff was great and food was pretty darn good! However, since we are fat Americans, we found the bed a little hard and toilets too small for my round posterior. Also I sweat like pig at night and 20.0 C doesn’t cut it. I understand these issues are not universal but as an American, I’m gonna give my opinion even if it’s just a me problem. 4/5 pretty awesome stay. Would do it again!"

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."
