"Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer"

"Every time we come to St. Louis, we stay at this hotel. I feel safe here.The rooms are spacious and clean and I always have a beautiful view of the parking lot. Ha. Being from California, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the cigarette smell.... But we do not smell it in the room. The prices are great and we are not that far from downtown."

"Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced."

"During breakfast the woman cooking the breakfast was rude and seemed bothered when asked about the breakfast options."

"When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" while hanging up the phone!"

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."
