"Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean. We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay if out this way again."

"Exactly as described. Perfect for a business traveller who just wants a clean room with a comfy bed. Hotel is old and tired but spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. You have to pick the key up from another motel and there is no one onsite but once you got past that it was as expected and great value for money."

"We met Bing upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. We had only booked for one night, as we had brought a friend from Thames to the hospital for an operation. In the end Bing was able to facilitate our stay for 3 nights. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay there. There is free parking on site, and the accommodation is well located for in and around Hamilton. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hamilton for short of medium length stays."

"There was a leak under the basin in the bathroom. We didn’t ask for wheelchair access in the bathroom but we were put in one which wasn’t useful for us as it just wet up all over the bathroom floor and there was not enough towels to dry out. It was late night so we didn’t bother to ring the reception."
