"I was switched rooms after a major house fire I just wanted to sleep The room they put me in had a line across the top of the tv and the toilet was malfunctioning due to a crack pipe clogging the back of the toilet!!!!!!!! We were so exhausted and devastated we just went to bed We had been here a week and at another Wyndham for a few days that was even worse but I’m being accused of smoking in my room and that’s not possible the maids came in and smelled and even went to the front desk and til d the staff nobody smoked in that room they still were rude and threw a phone number at us to call I have nothing left now while waiting on insurance to get us into a new place I DID NOT smoke in any room !!!!! The time it says I did I was sound asleep I go to bed at 9 pm every night due to the time I have to be at work . They charged us and accused us for this while we were sleeping gave us the report Oh and I don’t vape either I used to run a hotel I’m 44 yrs old I am not stupid enough to smoke in a hotel room My husband and I are on camera everytime we smoked going to our car The maids saw us every time the staff saw us every time And I barely smoke The maintenance here is awful because every room has an issue I feel their lil “ smoke detector “ is malfunctioning And why would it say I smoked while I was asleep ? Makes no sense whatsoever and again we had a maid come in she went down do the front desk and vouched for us that it did not smell of any smoke"

"Good selection for breakfast. Nice cozy bar and lounge area. Everyone went out of there way to be nice. Self parking, loved it."

"We were given the wrong room, the correct room was not clean and had toilet issues. The toilet did get fixed promptly but the cleaning was not done well even after asking for it."

"I stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable I slept great every night! Hotel staff were always welcoming and very polite. Perfect location! Everything was walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cleveland! 10/10"

"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a hotel."
