"Front desk was away for a while at checkin. Room was great and shower was wonderful. The Internet was out all three days so no TV service or WiFi. Coffee could be upgraded. The room was wonderful. AC worked great and that shower had hot water and good pressure. The cleaning ladies and morning front desk were very nice. I was hoping for a little discount or something for no Wi-Fi but nothing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but had good crowd."

"There were some issues with the room. Cleaning could be more thorough. Spots on carpet outside bathroom snd stains on window seat cushions. Sone washcloths still hanging on shower curtain rod. Staff was helpful in resolving more urgent needs (ac and blocked toilet)"

"Booked for an overnight trip to see all the Mothman things in Point Pleasant. No complaints about the stay except that the hotel had a stale cigarette smell throughout. We didn’t eat breakfast there, but we did utilize the pool. Overall, pretty good experience."
