"The hotel was wonderful. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It was our anniversary and there was a card in our room from the hotel. I thought that was really nice of them. The outdoor patio is amazing. Only downside is the elevator is extremely slow."

"We were in the room toward the front of Berlin Resort. The back rooms had a porch facing the landscaped grounds behind them. Our room was nicely furnished but we’d have preferred the rooms with the porch and rocking chairs if we would’ve known they were available ."
