"Quiet, clean great shower, everything worked mattress not so great, older room but it was comfortable."

"Was very disappointed. It was dirty in the bathroom had fecal matter around the toilet blood on the side of the wall. The bed was harder then a rock. Could only exchange towels before 1 o'clock. We weren't at the hotel much at all besides to sleep. It is a perfect location though right off the free way about 15 mins from city Columbus. Staff was good. Just wish it was cleaner in bathroom. For the price it was good."

"After driving from WNY to Grove City, we knew booking a Motel 6 wasn’t going to be luxury - but we still expected a basic, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, which was frustrating after a long drive. The staff was genuinely friendly and kind, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the condition of the property didn’t match even basic expectations. There seemed to be quite a few long-term guests, which gave the hotel a different overall atmosphere than we anticipated. The room itself had multiple issues: the bed was very uncomfortable (a futon honestly might have been better), and there was a noticeable crack in the frame of my fiancé’s bed. I had requested a king or queen but was given two double beds with no explanation. The bathroom was also outrageously small - barely enough space to move around comfortably. The hairdryer didn’t work, and all of the electrical outlets were so loose that it was difficult to keep anything plugged in. By the end of our stay, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car in the parking lot. There was a vehicle with a bullet hole in the window and flat tires, which added to the overall concern about safety. Again, the staff was kind, but between the condition, comfort issues, and safety concerns, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"When we arrived one of our rooms was not ready at check in. We had to wait over an hour. They upgraded the room to a suite yet we had been driving through the early morning hours and preferred to have the room available when it was supposed to be available. There was no hairdryer available with the front desk attendant stating they got rid of them all during the renovation. The microwave in one of our rooms didn't work and the phone didn't work in the other. The worst part was the breakfast area had no food when we came down with the front desk attendant stating that food was being made and to come back. When we came back, the closed breakfast. When the attendant was questioned, she said sorry and to write a complaint. The rooms weren't cheap and I've never experienced this type of service and will not recommend."

"Room very run down, floor buckling black mold on walls, light would not turn off, broken/shattered putter window no screen to open the window to help with foul odor in room. Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia."

"When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. "
