"I’m so sorry that I’m late for my review, but I really do appreciate your staff especially K2. I was having a very rough time at the beginning of my stay. I did not enjoy the bathrooms and was told that the rooms that I have been assigned we’re on the list to get their bathrooms renovated, so I was assigned to a room with a disgusting bathroom that I could not be able to bathe myself nor my toddler after being put in a second room where the bathroom was actually much worse I broke down at the front desk and K2 immediately upgraded my room to the penthouse suite which I thoroughly enjoyed and will actually be booking the next time I come back to Shreveport. I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze a I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze an appointment for a facial and massage at the spa. I had mentioned to her that I wanted to book one for myself, but the books were closed and she was able to get me an appointment for both. I had the best time ever.
