施設としては普通と言えば普通だと思うし、清潔でもあった気がする。施設に対するスタッフの対応も問題はない。数年前にもこのホテルは利用しているので、今回もと言う事で利用したが少々残念に感じた朝食は予約時につけたが到着後の後付けだとそれなりに割高感はある気がする。ただ、ビッフェスタイルだが、内容自体はとても良いと思う。設備としては、何かと不満は感じる。冷房使用だったが、エアコンの効きが悪いとの個人的印象なので、暑いと感じた場合はどうにもならない。それと、浴室の換気扇が非常にうるさいので頃合いを見て消すしかない。ただ、空港への連絡バス(エアライナー)の最寄り乗り場を聞いたが、どこですかね？と言われたのは衝撃だった。バス停の名前に荷揚町ダイワロイネットホテル前が最寄で良いと思うが、このホテルが立地している住所、他のホテルの名前があるバス停名だからと言っても、そのホテルが何処にあるのか知らないはずはないのだから。それと、バスの始発でもある新川のバスセンターの位置を聞いたが結構、距離はあります。との案内。実際問題、大分駅前に行くのと、バスセンターとの距離差はほぼ同じなのだから流石に勉強不足だと感じる。この位置に立地するホテルとしては少々問題を感じたやり取りではあった。

古いビルのメンテナンスをしたため、家具がボロボロだった。ただ、スリッパが使い回しだったり、ドライヤーが壊れたままだったりと印象は悪いと感じた。唯一良かった点は、VODが無料であったこと。隣のダイワロイネットと比較すると差を感じた。
