"Clean room with good view of the harbour on 17th floor."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. No airport shuttle; no coffee maker in rooms; two vending machines for the entire building; overall the property and rooms are not very clean; change not availble if you need to do laundry; bring ear plugs as there was a lot of road noise. "
