"Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool. The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! The shower also had black algae in the corners. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy. The ride from the airport was fine. The bus ride to the port was...

"The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the bartender was exceptionally friendly and polite. If you’re planning a trip to Miami, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They even provide a shuttle service to the cruise port, which is very well-organized and convenient."

"The AC did not keep the room cool. On the website it said the parking is free apparently they just changed it and we were charged for parking."

"I personally enjoyed my stay and I loved having the complimentary breakfast in the morning . The room was clean and spacious, not to mentioned it had a microwave and a refrigerator inside of it. It was an indoor pool and a gym on sight . The location was perfect , it was close to everything. I personally will recommend this hotel to anyone visited Miami and complimentary breakfast was the highlight of my stay."

"There was a smell of marijuana outside the room. People were smoking it all day by the pool. The second bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. They were doing repairs to the wall outside the master bedroom. They were using a hammerdrill on the concrete wall of our bedroom."

"This overall was a great hotel, however the hotel shuttle took forever both picking us up from the airport and bringing us back the next am. We called them when we arrived at the airport and it took well over 30 minutes for them to arrive. The next am we scheduled the shuttle took we’ll pick us up at 9:00 and it was about 15 minutes late. Shuttles only run on the hour so we ended up using an Uber."

"Rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to other hotel rooms. Great location. We had a premium king room with view. No standard things like cups, ice bucket, etc. we only had 2 towels and had to call to get bath clothes and hand towels. They came quickly.. The bed is next to the 3 walls so you have to crawl over your mate to get in and out which is strange. Not sure how the housekeepers make these beds. They have self check in and self check out which is fine but not after a long...

"We booked the shuttle (provided by the hotel) to the cruise port. The man "in charge" had us standing in line, IN THE RAIN, for over 30 minutes. The shuttle was very late and he not only made no effort to accommodate people getting soaked - he kept yelling at us. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable."
