"I had to call three times to get towels delivered to my room. The breakfast was terrible with the eggs cold and way over price. One night the neighbor room party until 4 am and I call the front desk and it didn't stop until 4 am. A saw roach at the coffee bar on the second floor."

"June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience."

"The one thing that we like is it's just close to the airport. Be prepared for the TSA style security at the entrance and feel like you're a criminal and not allowed food from outside, food over there was so expensive. Amenities like their pool and restaurant were under construction. We'll never again plan to go back here."
