Everything was extremely clean and the host really went out of their way to provide supplies (e.g. spa kits, tons of towels, bug spray). "Everything was great except the matresses which were too hard, I have never got used to them and I have stayed here before. Also, the doors from the elevators to the rooms do not close completly and you have to push them shut to preserve the air conditioning indoors. I would fix that. The breakfast in this place is great! Parking is easy. You also can't beat the views from your room, the beach is so beautiful. Fix the doors and provide a softer matress option and 5 stars is a no brainer. Need help? The staff here will take care of you. That's how we got our rental car. It was dropped off and picked up at the hotel. I highly reccomend this place. Cheaper than the big hotels but offers every bit as much!"
