"Clean room, super friendly staff, but a typical poor and worthless American breakfast. One downside of the room was the use of curtain in the bath. Other than that, it hotel is good in overall."

"the old lady at the desk was rude and slow . she didn't opened the pool for a family with kids pretending the opening was 10 am when it was already 10:20am , puffing and walking with a cigarette in her mouth . I asked for a room driving from a road trip and she make it hard to get some rest telling me the checking is at 3pm . the pool was nasty ,same with the hot tub with brown water and dirt smell .so I clean it up for the family . we had a disable person and none of the pool lifts are working...

"The property looked well maintained. The room was clean and plenty of towels. My only issue was the lighting, no big overhead light, just lamps. I would definitely stay at a Tru Hilton hotel again."

"The staff were great! The room wasn’t the cleanest, there were tiny ants crawling on the desk & luggage area. Told the desk clerk she apologized & gave us another room there were no ants in it, I think the rooms & hall ways could be a lot cleaner. The breakfast was really good. Parking was very good. It needs to be a whole lot cleaner."
