A clean room, very good water pressure, hot water in the shower. Good breakfast. Coffee and lemonade available throughout the day in the lobby. Plenty of parking. The gym however just had one treadmill. Overall a very good stay.

The staff was great. They are clearly undergoing some changes. The deposit was $200. That said, the pool was gross. And water spilled over into the hallways. The hotel was clean, but definitely not as polished as the photos suggest. Overall, the hotel was a place for us to sleep while passing through. It did the job.

After staying three nights, the bed was comfortable and the staff was alright. However, they tried to charge my husband’s card $77 for stained sheets that were completely cleanable. We had already paid a $100 deposit, but they still tried to charge his card an additional $77 that was on file. They also said we had to pay an extra cleaning fee. As a housekeeper myself, I even stripped the room before we left to make it easier for the housekeeper coming in. I’ve seen far worse than what we left behind. The room wasn’t trashed we only had a few food bags and some empty boxes that we placed by the door. I’m confused by this hotel’s ratings because I don’t understand why they would charge so much for something that could easily be cleaned. Also, when we first got into the room, the floors hadn’t even been swept or vacuumed. Overall, the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and the attempt to charge us for something that was fixable left a bad impression.

I have an issue with the owner of the establishment not accepting chime cards over the counter but I can purchase his room through any hotel app available. He's trying to keep a certain demographic of people out of his hotel but time is a multi-billion dollar company that all types of people use. Me and my wife are in law enforcement and we pay for the room but they didn't want to take the time card for the deposit. Which is very ass backwards if you ask me... I was on assignment but my wife said she enjoyed at the room and the breakfast was delicious. The young lady working the counter was very helpful and embarrassed by the fact that this gentleman do not accept banking from chime...smh

It says newly renovated, but they just slapped some paint on the place. There was some sauce splattered on the wall in our room, the phone didn't work, and when asked about a crib, they came to our room and said they didn't have one that was safe for a baby. No towels were in the room; we had to ask twice for towels, and at one point, they said they didn't have any. The staff was nice, but the receptionist seemed overwhelmed. No bugs or anything like that, and the beds were comfy; however, we won't stay there again.

The staff was great, the rest not so much. The pool door wouldnt open cause the battery was dead in the reader and no o e could fix it till Monday. There were cockroaches in our bathroom, and we had to ask for towels thet were not just supplied. After seei g the cockroaches we left a night early.

Avoid This Area!

The area is terrible and not at all ideal. Not much within walking distance if you dared to venture out, and across from a Greyhound bus station. The rooms were nice, and staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of its location.
