I know it is an extended stay hotel but to me the area was not well populated. It is not somewhere I would stay if traveling alone. We we're sent to this hotel when Expedia overbooked our original hotel .

I didn't stay last night bec they said when I booked the rooms with you . They didn't have the 2 double rooms I requested, at all they had was 1 single room. I called before I went to go check in because it was a late check in. The front desk said they never had the 2 double bed rooms from the beginning. You guy's said they did. They charged twice. I had already paid with Expedia but still had to pay more once I got there, so the price displayed is not correct. The staff was rude. They got mad at us for laughing at the elevators accusing us of sneaking people in when we clearly told the front desk how many people we had, along with the reservation with Expedia. One of our rooms didn’t have any type of water pressure to take a shower & the hot water on the sink was a trickle. The beds were dirty, you could literally see the dirt & nasty stains. Do yourself the favor & just spend a little bit more on a better hotel. Will never be returning here again.

No go one beds
Overall for the money it was nice and clean. However it only had a full size bed with springs in the mattress. Not comfortable and very noisy when you move.

The room was smaller then I expected, the bed was very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep, I could hear everything going on around me in the middle of the night, the shower head was away from the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall unit kept me up also because it beeped when it would turn on, and I had to flip the breaker on twice for the bathroom lights

Friendly staff but just okay facility
The staff was very friendly. The other guests were very loud all hours. Our beds were very uncomfortable and the room exterior wall and ceiling had water damage and paint flaking off.

Smelly
The place smelled. There was no ice machine, no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room and no breakfast in the morning. Good thing I was only there a couple of days.

Location was nice and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were okay. The only down fall to this hotel was there is nobody who works the front desk overnight or early morning. We checked out early and left some items in the room. Both keys were in the room so I couldn’t get my items out. I called the number and no answer. I was t able to get my items, which was very frustrating.

Run far from this place. The outside of the place should have been enough for me to turn around. Went in anyways. Odd front lobby, but not horrible. Front desk attendant was less than welcoming. First thing that hits you is the smell though. I understand that extended stays have kitchens so there will be cooking going on. But it was awful. The room was clean. The mattress was not good. Sheets were clean though. Could see daylight all around the ac wall unit. People in the hotel were LOUD all night. At one point around 2:00 am I had to step out of the room to see the commotion. Looked like a block party going on in the hallway. This place had a very college dorm vibe. If you’re into that, then this is the place for you.

The property was very clean. Noise was terrible. Didn’t have shampoo and coffee maker but had everything else. Floor was dirty. Found Bobbie pins and rubber bands for your hair on the floor. The lady at the check in desk was great.

Do NOT stay here!!
The staff when we arrived was very rude! It’s was cold and raining and we arrived 15 minutes early and they very rudely told me that we could NOT check in 15 minutes early! The hot water when we arrived was not hot, my daughter and grand baby had to bathe in like warm water!! My grandson vomited on my bed and I was told that I had to pay $1.52 a day to exchange my bedding AND I needed to wash them first! I will NOT EVER STAY AT WOODSPRING AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

The room was clean but kids ran up and down the halls and outside in the parking lot all night. We were not able to get any sleep. We complained to front office nothing was done. We will not recommend this hotel.

This location was totally unfriendly customer seevice. They have a very small fine print that says does not refund moneys for any reason. The place was disgusting with workers all around doors smoking. When I asked to pay one night and cancel the rest. They would not give me partial refund. General Manager just stood there yelling she didnt have to do anything for me!
