Well this looks like a really nice hotel close to a airport.. My flight was delayed until after 9pm so No Shuttle service to the Hotel.. Which is one reason why I booked to stay close I also called to check on Reservations and let them know I am still checking in just delayed .. Then after a crazy long flight and delays I get to Hotel and They gave my room Away..Ita is now 2:30 AM and then they decide to give me a room , but the shower is Not Working.. so I take it becuse they said at 9am I can move to a room with a shower.. She also offered me a free breakfast.. Next Day I get downtime after 9… NO Breakfast it’s over and I can’t even get a cup of coffee. Back to room shower and check out when I turned in my key they said they were going to comp my room for all the inconvenience and contact Expedia..So I turn in my key .. and about 5 hours later find out not only Did Expedia already charge me the hotel Went And Charged Me again so it cost 175$ on Expedia and 150$ at hotel to stay for 5 hours , NO Shuttle , No Food, No coffee , a broken Shower and now Doubel Charged!!
