"The hubs and I stayed here for a quick work trip that we turned into a weekend exploring La Crosse. Our stay was fantastic! Check-in/out process was a breeze. Entire staff superb from valet to front desk to waitstaff to bartenders to housekeeping: thoughtful, personable, and friendly. The welcome chocolates and tokens were such a fun surprise. "Great room and staff. Hotel’s parking lot was limited due to renovations but they had an arrangement with a near by parking ramp. Breakfast looked amazing - we only had coffee which was delicious. Loved the location too."
