"This property is walkable to the cute downtown. The landscaping of the property and surrounds is beautiful but wish the fountains had been working. We really enjoyed the pool but it needed to be scrubbed and the water was murky. Pool bar only open limited days. The staff was excellent. We texted about turning on the spa, and it was running when we arrived back on property. We would stay here again. "
"We were greeted by Mr. Lloyd, one of the owners, he was fantastic, same as Crystal at front desk and a great cook Lourdes. We were treated as family. Service was great from all of them. We didn't have to drive the shopping area is walking distance. I highly recommend Square Inn when ever you plan visiting Wimberley just make sure you book in advance as this place is very popular. "
"Everything was quick and easy with checking in. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy! We were within walking distance from the river as it has a private entry to it and our parking spot. Communication with staff was spot on and quick as well!"

"This was one of the best stays we’ve had in years. Immediately after checking in for our one night stay we looked around and requested a second night and the process was seamless. Wendy greeted me in the office and made check-in and the adjustment so simple. We met Vinny (the maintenance/cleaner) and he was the most polite, helpful and attentive hotel worker we have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a trip. The rooms were cozy, super clean, and the access to the river was an added bonus....
"I found a little secret in the hill country...born and raised in Texas I found a little gem. We arrived to a warm dinner waiting for us in our room as we arrived after dinner service. The next morning we woke up & strolled down to the Inn for breakfast which was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The location was centrally located to the airport and downtown Austin fun! We didn't have the chance to use the Spa but will be back to try it and...
