"The room was on the 3rd FL with a view of the bay. It was close to the stairwell so it was easy to get down to the gym on the 2nd FL or the ground floor restaurant. The elevators were on the slow side since they only had two and with 6 floors, you had to wait. The vent in our room luckily did not blow right into your face, they had the beds situated in a way that it blew over you so that was nice. "This is a great hotel location and beautiful property. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the check in.
It’s really missing the mark on a warm welcome and professional service. The check in was awkward and long for no apparent reason. We actually felt like we were putting the person out for having to check us in. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again."
