"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."

"Our stay at the Regina Bed and Breakfast was a 10+. Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. The room was clean and looked out to the church square, a class act. I highly recommend this property and definitely would come back, it was hard...

"Comfortable, clean and centrally located. Very comfortable bed. A tiny but well-equipped kitchen for longer stays. A rooftop terrace with an excellent view of the town and surrounding area was a bonus. Pack lightly. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. Giovanni was proactive in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we needed. He met us at check-in, helped us with our luggage, provided us with the necessary parking permit, then drove with us to the parking area. He...

"Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on. They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again."
