"Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."

"The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. "Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."

"The location is nice and room is fine. The room: no hooks for towels, loud noise very early in the morning, the elevator, hallway and room smell like weed. We stayed one night so we tough it out but it should not have to be that way. Customer service: very poor, check in rep wasn't friendly and the next morning we asked about breakfast, she said that we had to pay which we weren’t aware of. When we check in the rep was not friendly and did not inform us anything. She did not do anything for us...

"The room was nice and so were the people. The food was okay, but not healthy. I assume a lot of people that are ill and going to the Cleveland Clinic stay there, the map of it is even on the document given. It would be absolutely amazing if there were some healthy options, like lower sodium and such. "

"Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!"
