The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. "

"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "The apartment is expansive and beautifully appointed. It has every modern feature and sparkles with chic fashion. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The view from the full length window to the sea is beautiful. To get to the beach you have to go down a steep hill and walk carefully but it is worth it! We ate down there at Lucice Beach rather than drive back into Petrovac."
