"It was a great trip. Easy to get too and the kids had a ton of fun. We were travelling with a 7 year old and an 9 year old. The reason we picked this place was because we heard great things about the Hard Rock in London Ontario. We had no idea there was even a Hard Rock in Ontario. So we had to check it out. The Museum and The Factory are both located on site within the Hard Rock hotel. Mind you, we went to both but I would recommend families with kids over 7yrs old skip the museum because it is too babyish for that age group. We paid $57 for my husband, myself and 9year old only to stay for 30 minutes and we got out because he was bored. Then we paid another $28 at the Factory and he really enjoyed it here. So SKIP the museum if your traveling with older kids because you'll save yourself some $. Overall, the place was very clean, our room was well lit and comfortable. The bathroom has heated floors and there was Shampoo/Hair conditioner/Body soap in the shower. I only wish there was body lotion because most hotels do have it. This one did not. And after going to the pool, the water dries out your skin from the cholorine and we really needed some lotion badly for my entire family. We went out to buy some eventually. Food on site was great and there is also a starbucks in the building. There is no water in your rooms, but you can refil it at the ice machine or at the gym. "
