Option hotel guide. Red Roof Inn hotel in Option, West Mifflin

Most of the staff were pleasant and went out of their way to help. Woke up one night to find hundreds of ants in the room but staff were helpful gave us a new room and sorted the ants out, so we could return to our origional room the next day, meaning we did not have to move all of our luggage (yay). The ants did return in fewer numbers in a different spot, I did have to ask twice for them to take another look at the ants but they did. The ants did however remain for the rest of the stay which...

In an easy to find location and with shops and food outlets within walking distance

We were attending a local family wedding. Very good stay, close to plenty of places to eat and easy access to sightsee in Pittsburgh. Pleasant room and helpful staff.

This is a pleasant hotel in a very good location, with many local facilities and a stop on the light railway close by.

Brilliant hotel, great views and a fantastic breakfast.

The location is fantastic

A great traditional style hotel in superb location.

Beautiful quirky welcoming hotel; stunning large rooms & beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend Commoner restaurant attached didn’t live up to hype; food was lovely but very little choice, expensive but venue was empty and lacked atmosphere. This didn’t affect score and would visit again; infact we’ve booked another Kimpton at Monaco for another night on our road trip

Breakfast good, all the day was the same thing. Staff very friendly. Pool is a good option if the weather is bad outside. Very clean hotel. Recommend to stay.

Breakfast could have been better but other than that excellent

Great location, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, cannot fault it.

Delightful historic hotel steeped in history The staff were very helpful and friendly and even found time to show me around the 'Priory'. Arrived early and room was ready. Bar snacks in the 'Monks Bar' also very tasty and well presented Quite immaculate with lovely traditional furnishings.. Just wished I could have stayed longer

Nice locality, clean room, pool and gym. Breakfast is good. Staff are all courteous

Great staff

Noise from traffic in room was really loud. 3 main roads next to hotel and noise at night was horrendous

Nice new hotel. The room was cosy and clean. Free parking was also an asset. Breakfast could be improved.
