"The smell in the room was horrible; supposedly, a cleaning person was going to come by, but they never showed up. They couldn't switch my room because the hotel was supposedly full. On the second night, when we went to bed, there was a cockroach that scurried under the bed. The hotel in general is very run-down. The only thing that was halfway decent was the breakfast."

"Upon entering the room the stale aroma of cigarette permeated everything despite the bed linen appearing clean. There were no bulbs in the bedside reading lamp which had a broken shade to boot. The bathroom door knob was falling off and a simple fix with the screwdriver kit we had with us took care of it. The door to bathroom was soiled with who knows what grung. I used a hand towel that I soaped up to clean surfaces, chairs counters etc just to feel comfortable enough to put our things down. It needs a complete redo "

"Air Conditioning was in a place that kept the curtains blowing open. Curtain was broken when I got there and I asked a staff member to hang it better.no toilet paper holder no soap dish flooring was buckled hole in the wall in the dressing area mattress wasn’t super comfortable floors were dirty."
