"The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very nice that there was coffee and tea machines in the lobby. Our room of course had a small kitchen which was nice to have options. The staff were nice."

"We were really impressed with our two bed apartment, it had all the cutlery and crockery we could need to cook for ourselves, it was well maintained and clean. The common areas of the building are nicely decorated and inviting, the corridors leading to the apartments look a little worse for wear but once inside the apartment it looked freshly painted. Great shuttle bus up to Disneyland Paris and the train station, we also made use of the pool which was heated and well looked after. "

I requested hair conditioner multiple times over two days but never received it, despite vague and inconsistent explanations, (e.g., being told a “technician” was not available), which did not make sense for such a simple request. Housekeeping was inconsistent: soap and toilet paper were not refilled even after room cleaning, and only trash was removed. We also had to buy and use our own...

"Net hotel voor een nette prijs. Naast Rosa Parks trein station, vanwaar je makkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden in Parijs kan, met een Navigo (week) pas. Bakkerij en Lidl in de buurt. Auto parkeren kan in het hotel."
