"The biggest issue is this property is that there is no room service - no real breakfast. Stayed there five nights with no room service - no ability to let staff know that they needed to address the lack of attention to update the towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. Comes with only two days of coffee, and it's bad. They only offer grab-and-go breakfast-type items. The room next to me: the guest checked out and left the door open - for two days - this remained open to anyone. It felt unsafe."

"Disappointed overall - the manager did partially refund our stay, which I appreciated, but I expected more from a major hotel brand. Amenities were largely old and not well maintained - the hotel washer and drier didn't work well, our bathtub didn't drain, the pullout bed had crumbs on the mattress (which was stained), couch was stained, elevator was very dirty...just a long list of little things that add up to an unpleasant stay overall. The room layout was nice, the beds were comfy, bedding...

"Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out."
