"Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. There was no hand soap, shampoo nor conditioner available, only tubes of shower gel. The guests staying above us received bathrobes; we did not. Awoke to a ruckus of seagulls fighting over garbage in a dumpster neighbouring the hotel. Reasonably priced with ample parking. Nice to have breakfast available. Would be great to have the option to use real cutlery and dishware to reduce waste. Some more warm food options would be nice, along with bigger tables. There was no recycling present that I was aware of. Only ice machine was down in the lobby. Pool did not look welcoming; appeared to be in need of a good scrubbing and some repair work. Evidence of renovations in progress throughout the hotel. Overall, a good stay."
