"When we arrived we were given a room in the back but our preference was out front, ground level with private patio. One quick call and we were where we wanted to be. The staff were all very pleasant and we even had the housekeeper run out to our car as we were leaving to give us a charger we'd left. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but was good. It is also a quick walk into town and free parking at the hotel. It is pet friendly and there were quite a few dogs with families but didn't see any "issues" in the lawn. Highly recommend."
"Clean room, small. Needs new rugs or none at all, dresser is too tall to use hang up clothes. Loved the Mountain View- stunning. The pool was clean & nice. The dry and wet sauna were awesome, a nice surprise!!!! The outdoor garden space was beautiful, really wonderful gardeners. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The bikes were handy , easier to bike into town a couple times verses finding & paying for parking. Breakfast was nice, they had banana bread which was nice. Loved the backyard communal spaces for working, playing games or meeting g with friends. Seemed to meet the needs of couples, solo travelers with dogs or young families. The staff were so nice and helpful, The Who whole facility was very clean. Will be wonderful when the hot tub is working too!"
"All Staff were friendly. We spoke to front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff.....all were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast...it was plentiful and the staff kept it stocked and clean. Overall our room was clean. It was a convenient location to our car/the parking lot, the stairs, ice machine, which was very useful and the elevator.
The property is older and run down in several areas and it was not a quiet stay. We could hear everything. Several people running and talking later at night, the cars driving by, the ice machine. The AC did not keep the room cool enough at night, between the AC and noise, it made it difficult for me to sleep through the night."
