"I love the location of this hotel. Parking is easy and inexpensive. It is very nice hotel -- but WHY do all hotel rooms have to be gray or tan? Can't they have some color in the rooms? Also would be nice if there were steps in the main area (where the elevators are) so you could just walk down steps to the main area for drinks or coffee or the pool. What a pain to have to wait for an elevator each time."

"Extremely clean hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was top notch and very good. The parking lot was very well lit and safe. It was full but that is to be expected with the quality of the hotel."

"The front desk staff was excellent, my room was clean and spacious. There was a portable AC unit in my room, which kept the temperature in a good range, but it was loud. I also really don't like the $5 for parking, it's ridiculous."

"The check in staff was friendly & excellent, along with the casino staff. The one thing we really missed was no hand or body cream, no eye makeup remover samples in bathrooms. One of us had forgotten a toothbrush. We could purchase them from check in area but at a premium cost."

"Staff didn’t seem interested in anything when checking in or out. On check out, the guy sitting there just sat in his chair and said “OK”. The parking situation is awful when it clearly could be covered!!!"
