This is the worse house i have stayed at. I was very disappointed. This house needs remodeling before renting again.

This is a "free standing" house! Makes it soo much better than any hotel. Private inground swimming pool. My only compaints would be having to go to a second location to retrieve the keys to the house and later have to return it to the same location. Other vacation homes ive stayed in had a lock box on door, or electronic locks. 5 bedrooms and only two with tv. Needs to upgrade beds for comfort!!. Mine had full kitchen, full size laundy. Plenty of towels,blankets and pillows. We didnt use, but... Had stock kitchen with utensils and pots and pans. Curling irons and hair dryers. This is equivalent to a rental house, it has its issues but overall I would give it a 8 out of 10 compared to a hotel. Mine was south west of orlando. Fairly convenient to all the parks and attractions around Orlando. About 30 minutes to each. On a personal note:. The house was great, but would not ever go back to Orlando for Disney World or Universal Studios. The parks are Way too expensive for what they are. Six flags is soo much better!

Disappointed

We arrived friday night and left monday morning. We weren't aware in any capacity that the pool and spa heat were not included in the house. They listed it on the paperwork once arrived that it was $35 per day minimum 5 days... we were only there for 4, but even if we wanted to pay for heat, you cant access any one on the weekend to get it running! So our pool and spa were completely useless and that was part of the reason I paid more for this house than a different one. Also, the actual house was located 30 minutes away from the rental office! Another shocker! Was not happy with how this all played out. Wouldnt use them again. The house itself was clean though, except no soap int he bathroom, only 3 half used toilet paper rolls, not paper towels in the house.

The house was ok but don't look too close when you open the cupboards because you will find dead bugs and dirt. The beds were SO uncomfortable. So much that we went to Wal-Mart and bought a foam padding for the bed. The pool was so cold the kids could not swim and it was dirty. I will never book through them again. Thw service was fine when we needed answers but overall I wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

Overall a good stay. Felt the house we actually stayed in was farther from Disney than was stated on Hotels.com. Was a solid 25 minuets drive without traffic and 40 minuets with. House was clean, and had enough space for everyone.

Perfect for a Vacation!!!

Great stay! Would recommend for a weekend getaway. Stores nearby, and all park nearby too. Family friendly and nice pool area.

Happy but expected better

We had a great time. Check was quick and the lady was so nice and helpful. The woman that came by to inspect the home was also nice. However there was dead roaches upstairs. Black ants in the kitchen. a snack outside. The home was very old and outdated. The pool had way too much chlorine. The furniture in the family room was stained and dirty. The blinds literally would fall when we tried opening them. Pool Chairs were broken and cushions thrown on the ground. Dining chairs were ripped. The half bath smelled like urine.I have used advantage before and the experience was amazing. This time was not as nice as the first.

Family Getaway

Great place to stay with family! Both master suites had tv in the room, but the other two bedrooms did not , that was an inconvenience! Especially for the kids that were staying in those rooms..... The master bedroom upstairs was Excellent, besides the ANNOYING SQUEAKY BOX SPRING! Every time you move it squeaks..... Definitely should be changed! Otherwise Excellent Stay!

We were playing cards at table. My son leaned back in chair and it broke. They charged us 100.00 for it. First day AC was out. They fixed it but it took until next morning to cool down. They didn't compensate us for that. Carlos the maintenance man was supper nice. Maintenance supervisor not so. Old stove and tv. Knobs missing on stove and tv. Remote for tv had to be pushed from top so it may have worked. We paid almost 1500.00 (counting chair charge) for 6 nights. I was really expecting a lot nicer place. Photos don't tell it all. Will not ever recommend nor will I ever stay there again

Expected a house located in a resort as typical in Orlando. The house is located in an old working class neighborhood, not gated, badly maintained and some apparently abandoned houses. This house is ok inside, but visibly outdated, cracked pool, lawn dried out.

Worsth Stay Ever

It wanst hotels.com fault they did everything to acomodate is but on the other hand advantage vacation home they closed 2 hours before the sign said we reserved a HOUSE with a private pool we get there no pool and it has a town home sofas were broken neither of the tubs worked there was no 24 hour emergency service beds were uncomfortable the whole night sucked we cancelled our second day and went to another hotel never again id stay with advantage home not even if they pay for the trip

Will never stay there again!

Property location and size of rooms are OK. The beds are terrible! I had never tried to sleep on such cheap, uncomfortable, squeaky noisy beds. Linens also very cheap, polyester like. We could barely sleep at all. Not even the basic toiletries were available. No toilet paper! Two towels for 3 bedrooms??? We didn't even dare try to get into the pool...water was very cloudy. Also A/C set to 75 degrees with specific instructions not to even try to change it....who decides what temperature I have to sleep at?? I'm paying and I wish to sleep at the same temperature I sleep at home!!! ....Not good at all, NEVER booking again at Advantage Vacation Homes.
