Needs A LOT of improvement in both the service and the plant. Recently changed management so it's no longer an Econo Lodge.

Rather disappointing
One doesn't expect much of a cheap hotel, but we didn't even get that. To begin with, we specifically chose a place that included breakfast. Although there was a remark on the booking page to say that due to covid, food choices "might be limited", it turned out that this meant there was no breakfast. In the room, they provided 2 coffee packages, which they did not renew on our second day. The internet didn't work at all in the room, and wasn't great in the reception area. The floor apparently hasn't been washed clean since it was put in, and our feet quickly got very black walking around on it. Besides the manager, who was very sweet and helpful, the staff were indifferent. For example, the person who was on duty when we found the internet wasn't working said, "It works for me," and left it at that.) The telephone/intercom didn't work, so any time we needed anything, we had to go to reception to ask about it. On the positive side, the manager was very helpful; the room was non-smoking and the bed comfortable; and there is a convenience store a short walk down the road.

Super disappointing stay! Just one night but the worst. Sewer waste came out from the tub. Smell was horrible. Wish they refund my money.

When I opened my door I had a horrible surprise. The room was dirty and disgusting. The toilet and mirror was dirty and I found used soap in the shower. I have never been in room like that before and I’ll never go back there again. I asked my money back, I couldn’t stay! It was very disrespectful.

I paid non refundable hotel rate online. Then got their and was informed their was an extra 100 Dollar fee required after the fact. Got to the room and found bed bugs. Front desk attendant was very accommodating and respectful

Room was very dirty, stains on the sheets and dirt all over the walls. My king bed had two twin box springs underneath it and almost flipped when you sat on the edge of the bed. One of the four lamps in the room worked, wifi didn’t work either. Overall the worst hotel I’ve walked into, checked out 30 minutes after checking in, would not recommend a stay here.

HOTEL FROM HELL
This place was beyond awful!!!! I chose this place because of a layover in Orlando WE DIDNT LAST AN HOUR! There are prostitue’s walking up and down the road and some even pull up in this parking lot. We checked in and went to our room and there was stains on the beds the floor was dirty and there were bugs smashed on the wall. I went down to tell the attendant he shrugged and said “I can give you another room” I went up to that room- IT WAS WORSE it had more stains on the bed, dirt towels left in the bathroom AND F*#%*ing roaches! I was done after this! Not even an hour later I checked out and went back to the airport and slept in the airport I would of added pictures but I was too busy running out the room

Worst hotel and website ever!! Don’t get trapped
Literally the worse site to book hotels you get NO WHERE with customer service they ALWAYS ask for a call back number they disconnect you and never call you back! I’ve been demanding a refund for the hotel they have on their website and they refuse to get me one I was so spooked out being asked if I wanted to buy drugs and plenty of prostitution going on Around the property

Hotel is run down and dirty. Price says one thing and when you get there to check in they charge a $50 non refundable deposit (on top of what you already paid). The rooms were dirty and nasty and did not have any toiletries inside.

El cuarto no estaba limpio,no me senti segura con mi familia lo tuvimos que disenfectar,un olor no agradable,hasta la basura tuvimos que sacar.fuimos a Walmart a comprar sabanas para cubrir las camas.

No airport shuttle even tho I confirmed the day before . No pool, breakfast (even grab and go unavailable ) . No coffee , no towels in our room and no working ice makers

Hotel was nasty . Hookers and dealers hanging out all around the property. No towels or wash cloths had to go to desk to ask for them. Sheets were not clean. Floor board coming off wall. All around not a good experience.

My room was a double. With 1 towel, 1 wash cloth. Almost impossible to get any from staff. Key had to be programmed every day. Thick Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and starting down the walls.
