"This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. "The staff was great. We had a couple small things that need fixing in our room. Nothing that needed to be done while we were occupying the room . Breakfast had great variety and that staff was always there to restock food and clean the tables. etc. We only wish parking didn't cost 15 dollars a day."

"The master lighting system is dangerous. Twice the lights went out while showering. Had to reach out for system to sense movement. Also hot water took over ten minutes (waiting naked at the shower entrance. Maybe because our room was the furthest possible from the elevators. AND bright lights come on when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Super annoying and unnecessary with a nightlight installed. Breakfast buffet and attendant get all the stars."

"The property is well maintained, and the breakfast area is particularly attractive. My room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are a variety of dining options nearby, and the property is well situated. Breakfast items were of a good variety. I enjoyed my stay."

"The bathroom could have been cleaner the floor in the bathroom. They should have had more options for breakfast. Also they only have house keeping Monday , Wednesday, Friday so you have to hunt down towels toilet paper or any thing that’s needed change your trash five or to them on Saturday and Sunday. But the front desk was. Wry polite besides a rude lady over the phone. Beds were clean."

"A great place for your little family to rest and sleep. The only complaint is the fridge isn’t as cold, even at the max. We especially needs it for the half gallon of milk for our baby. Otherwise our stayed for the weekend was wonderful and a good experience overall! The kids had a good sleep there. Highly recommended if you needed an affordable place to rest."
