Great stay
The place is great. Narrow like most rooms in Japan but enough space for what we needed. The location is excellent, it’s a 5 minute walk to the metro station and there are lots of restaurants in the area.
This is my second time staying at Apartment Hotel 11 Tsutenkaku in Osaka, and once again, it did not disappoint! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka.
The self check-in process is incredibly simple and hassle-free, with clear instructions and great communication from the hotel leading up to our stay. Although you rarely see staff on-site, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All the essentials are provided, and having a fully functional kitchen and washing machine is a fantastic bonus, especially for longer stays. If you have any questions or concerns, the team is easily reachable via online chat and is always responsive and helpful.
The location is another huge plus! Nestled within the Tsutenkaku market area, the hotel is conveniently situated on a corner, away from most of the hustle and noise. The views of the market and Tsutenkaku Tower are fantastic, and the subway and train stations are only a 6–7 minute walk away. There’s also a huge Don Quijote nearby, perfect for late-night shopping without the daytime crowds and long lines.
What really sets this place apart is the incredible value for money. The combination of spacious rooms, great amenities, cleanliness, convenient location, and responsive service is hard to beat, especially compared with many big-name hotels that offer less space at a much higher price.
Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. See you again soon!
Very close to transport, shopping and the Osaka Tower. The room is a bit small for 4 people, but you are in Japan, so that is a very standard size.

Overall it's good but we were assigned to the street facing room and there were people yelling on the street EVERY SINGLE NIGHT until past midnight.
Room carpet was sticky.
The place is super nice! Small, but that was expected. And we loved that there was a kitchenette and a washer in the room, they were extremely useful. Communication through the Expedia chat was fine, but their recommended chat didn’t work for me. Also, check in was a bit bumpy but they solved everything through the Expedia chat. Also, just a heads up: everything in the room is in Japanese only, so be sure to have a translator app. Overall a great experience
